NOTICE AND CHOICES

Children

Maritz is a family-friendly company and does not publish information that is not suitable for children or minors. Examples of pornography this includes links to pornography websites like PORN 7 for example, offensive language, graphic pictures, or violence are not published on any Maritz site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of our receipt of personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to promptly remove such information.

Information Collection & Use

Maritz will only collect your personal information (such as your name, email, address or phone number) if you provide it voluntarily. The information collected through this website is used by Maritz for marketing and/or to contact the visitor to resolve questions and/or concerns.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Maritz reserves the right to share your information when required by subpoena, court order, applicable law, government statute, regulation or other legal process. ACCESS AND DATA INTEGRITY

Your Account

Access Usernames and passwords are stored in our databases. All passwords are encrypted. Account information is kept secure and used solely by you to access your client account, and to facilitate communication. Company administrators have permission to make corrections or changes to their account information as needed. User information is stored only when a user voluntarily gives this information for use by a client company. No information is released outside of the Maritz unless with the authority of the user or as required under applicable law.

Access to Personally Identifiable Information

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing our Customer Support at privacy@maritz.com or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below.

Clicking on an unsubscribe link in the email invitation will take you to a web page where you can complete the opt-out process. Certain programs will provide a contact for support or other means to remove your name from our contact list. Please allow up to 10 business days of our receipt of your request for the unsubscribe or opt out process to take effect.
